Tenedomus is an Italian-run estate agency with a physical office in Playa de las Américas, in south Tenerife since 2001. Over 25 years supporting buyers and sellers in English, Spanish, Italian and French, at every step of the process.
Why being Italian-run matters
Italy is, alongside Germany and the UK, one of the largest sources of foreign demand in the Canary Islands. Even so, most of the larger local agencies operate primarily in English or German. At Tenedomus we built the agency we would have wanted to find ourselves: a team that understands an Italian buyer's questions first-hand — from the NIE to Canary Islands taxation — without losing the personal touch with Spanish, British and French clients.
